Vögele Introduces the SUPER 800-5 P-Tier Mini Paver

Vögele has released the SUPER 800-5 P-Tier, the first mini paver of the Tier-5 generation. The machine features a newly developed receiving hopper with dual folding walls, allowing independent, combined or asymmetric adjustment on both sides. The low hopper profile, flat cover and raised operator position improve forward visibility and simplify loading operations.

The paver is compatible with AB 200 V/TV and AB 220 V/TV screeds, covering working widths from 0.5 m to 3.5 m. It delivers 55.4 kW of power, achieves up to 300 t/h in laydown rate, and maintains a compact size at 1.4 m in width and 4.4 m in length.

ErgoBasic 5 introduces a tilt-adjustable operator console, integrated display and full incorporation of the Auto Grade Basic leveling system into the screed controls. Additional storage and a 24-V socket support practical on-site operation.

The new Tier-5 lighting system provides targeted LED illumination for the operator console, leveling arm and auger tunnel, with the optional Lighting Plus package adding two LED work lights for broader coverage.
