Hyundai Gears Up for Major Product Expansion in 2026
Hyundai Construction Equipment is set to launch a wave of new machines in 2026, expanding its product lineup and targeting new market segments. The company will also strengthen after-sales support, rolling out a new range of spare parts and enhanced customer service solutions.
For the second year in a row, Hyundai will unveil groundbreaking equipment innovations, starting with its Next Generation crawler excavators. First introduced at Bauma 2025 with the HX360L and HX400L models, the Next Generation line has already captured attention across Europe. These excavators feature Hyundai’s award-winning Stage V diesel engines, offering increased power, torque, and extended maintenance intervals engine oil changes can now be done every 1,000 hours on select models.
The new machines are also Hyundai’s first to feature fully electro-hydraulic (FEH) controls, replacing traditional hydraulic levers with electronic signals from the cabin. This improves response times, precision, and allows operators to customize controls to their preferences.
The lineup continues to grow, with the highly anticipated HX230L set to debut at Conexpo in Las Vegas in March. On the smaller side, an additional model will join the popular A-series compact excavators, while a new range of compact wheel loaders HS80V, HS120V, and HT100V will make their European debut. Already proven in the U.S., these Stage V-compliant machines feature vertical lift arms and tilting cabs for easy maintenance access.
Hyundai is also expanding its heavy equipment range, with a new demolition-focused model above the HX400L, a heavy-duty articulated dump truck, and additional hydraulic hammer options for both compact and larger excavators.
Alongside new machines, Hyundai will enhance its after-sales business through its ProCare service solutions, offering extended support to customers with older equipment beyond warranty periods.
2025 was a landmark year for Hyundai, highlighted by the opening of its smart factory in Ulsan, South Korea. The company has broadened its scope from wheel loaders and excavators to forklifts, bulldozers, compact loaders, and innovative technologies for existing and future markets.
With construction demand in Europe expected to rise driven by housing, infrastructure, and data center projects Hyundai Construction Equipment is well-positioned to capitalize on the growth with its premium excavators and expanded product portfolio.
